When you use this calculator we collect the property address you enter, your answers about the property (estimated value, condition, repair estimate, approximate loan balance, timeline and reason for considering a sale), and the contact information you provide: first name, last name, phone number and email address.
We also record technical information about your visit, including the page address you arrived on, the campaign code from the postcard you scanned, your browser type and your IP address.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, bank account information, mortgage account numbers or credit card information. Never provide these through this calculator.
How we use it
To generate your estimate, to contact you about your property, and to measure which mailings and campaigns are working. Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system.
